WOMEN-LED CONSULTING (POSH, DEI, CSR)

WIX WEBSITE BUILD STORY

SheSR advises on workplace harassment law and government compliance. The website had to earn that trust before a single service page loaded.

A women-led consulting firm specializing in PoSH, DEI, and CSR needed a Wix website that could carry real legal credibility and government recognition, without losing the warmth of the team behind it. Here's what we built.

ORIGIN

A women-driven consulting firm built around a single mission, increasing women's workforce participation through PoSH training, DEI strategy, and CSR consultancy.

Pain Point

SheSR advises companies on harassment law and compliance. The website had to earn that trust before a single service page loaded.

A firm asking corporates to trust it with PoSH compliance, DEI strategy, and CSR partnerships is asking for a specific kind of confidence, the kind built on credentials, government recognition, and genuine legal expertise, not persuasive copy alone. SheSR had all of that: real government listing under the PoSH Act, an advisory board with decades of relevant experience, and a hands-on team of lawyers and specialists. But three genuinely distinct service lines, PoSH, DEI, CSR, needed to be presented clearly enough that a prospective client immediately understood which one they needed, without the site feeling like three different consultancies sharing a name. The challenge wasn't the credentials or the expertise. It was building a website that made that trust legible immediately, while still carrying the warmth and humanity of the team behind it.

“A firm advising on harassment law doesn't get to be persuasive. It has to be credible, and the website has to prove that before it says anything else.”

The team behind it

The team behind it

Web strategists, Wix developers, and content producers built the site to carry real credentials clearly, without losing the team's warmth.

The SHe-Box Portal listing under the PoSH Act 2013 was built into the top of the site, so credibility registered before a visitor scrolled past the first section.

PoSH, DEI, and CSR Consultancy each got their own dedicated space, and PoSH specifically was built with a ‘Request E-Module Demo’ call-to-action, distinct from the general ‘Learn More’ links on DEI and CSR, so HR teams could request a live look at the interactive training module directly.

Advisor and team bios, degrees, decades of experience, relevant credentials, were structured prominently, giving the firm's expertise room to be read in full, not condensed into a single line.

Details like Duke the dog's ‘Chief Happiness Officer’ bio were kept in the team section deliberately, balancing serious subject matter with the genuine culture behind the firm.

01

01 Put government recognition at the top of the site, not buried in an About page.

A PoSH Act listing from the Ministry of Women and Child Development is hard-earned, verifiable credibility. We built it into the site's opening section, so it registered immediately, before a visitor needed to go looking for it.

03

03 Built a team section substantial enough to carry real credentials.

Fulbright scholars, IIM Ahmedabad alumni, and three decades in public health aren't details to compress into a single sentence. We gave the advisory and core team real space to be read in full, letting expertise do its own credibility work.

02

02 Gave PoSH, DEI, and CSR Consultancy each their own clear, numbered identity, with PoSH's e-module given its own path to conversion.

Three genuinely different services can't share one description, and PoSH's interactive e-learning module is a distinct enough offering to need its own next step. We structured each service as its own distinct offering with dedicated visuals and messaging, and built a standalone ‘Request E-Module Demo’ button under PoSH specifically, so an HR lead ready to evaluate the training tool wasn't funnelled into a generic enquiry instead.

What we did

05

01 Put government recognition at the top of the site, not buried in an About page.

04

04 Kept the firm's warmth visible alongside its expertise.

A firm advising on harassment law can still have personality. We kept details like Duke the dog's team bio intact, so the site felt like the genuinely warm team behind it, not just a compliance vendor.

Beyond the numbers

Government-recognized credibility made the first thing a visitor sees, not a fact found later

Three genuinely distinct services finally clear enough that visitors know which one they need

A team of real credentials given room to be read in full, doing the credibility work persuasive copy can't

This wasn't a website project. It was building a site that made real, government-recognized credibility legible in seconds, without losing the warmth of the team behind it.

Takeaways for Brand

Takeaways for Brand

Pin icon image

In credibility-driven categories, lead with proof, not persuasion.

Government recognition and real credentials should appear before anything else.

Pin icon image

Multiple service lines need distinct identities, not shared descriptions.

A visitor should know immediately which one applies to them.

Pin icon image

Real credentials deserve real space.

Compressing decades of expertise into one line wastes hard-earned trust.

Pin icon image

Serious subject matter doesn't require a purely clinical site.

Warmth and personality can coexist with credibility.

Pin icon image

Hard-earned recognition only builds trust if it's visible early.

A listing or certification buried in an About page does none of the work it's capable of.
