FODD & BEVERAGES
SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH
FreshMenu didn't need more content. It needed a reason to be looked at.
A 10-year-old food brand, and its own feed wasn't selling food. Here's the reposition that fixed it.

Pain Point
The brief said: social media management — content, shoots, influencer collaborations, growth.
The real problem was: FreshMenu had zero emotional touchpoint with the people actually eating its food.
The feed was full of employee spotlights and internal culture reels. One content pillar, on loop, for a brand whose entire product is a craving. No one commented. No one shared. The account was performing admin, not marketing.
So before touching a content calendar, we asked the only question that mattered:
If someone scrolled past this feed with no context — would they get hungry, or would they think this is a company page?
The answer was the brief.

What We Did
We started by mapping every gap in FreshMenu's existing content: what was missing, what wasn't landing, and where the brand's real strengths (freshness, speed, range) weren't showing up anywhere in the feed.
The full content strategy and pillar plan was built first and signed off by the client before a single shoot was booked. Nothing was produced on a guess.
A single, tightly coordinated shoot day: multiple videographers, full equipment setup, and a pre-approved content plan running in parallel. In that one day, we captured 12 reels, 50+ images, and a full UGC shoot, all scheduled and sequenced so the day ran as one continuous production, not a series of separate shoots.
Editors turned raw footage into the content pillars (Fresh-o-Meter, Bowl Anywhere, and the rest) for a structured rollout, not a dump of raw content. Beyond the reels themselves, we also built out engaging templates and carousel formats, giving the account a reusable content system for the days between shoots, not just one-off posts.
