LUXURY HOME DÉCOR D2C
DIGITAL BRAND BUILD
Indian craftsmanship deserved a global luxury storefront. We built one without a single photoshoot.
A new luxury home décor brand needed a digital storefront premium enough for the UK and UAE, without a single photoshoot. We used AI-generated editorial visuals to create that experience from day one.

Pain Point
The challenge wasn't showcasing the craftsmanship. It was presenting it at a luxury standard, without traditional production.
Panache Artistry had everything a premium home décor brand needed: generational Rajasthani craftsmanship, a distinctive point of view, and a brand identity already rooted in authenticity. What it didn't have, as a new business entering the UK and UAE, was a digital experience capable of presenting that story at the standard luxury buyers expect. Competing in premium international markets typically demands editorial photography, styled interiors, models, and large-scale creative productions, investments that are both time-intensive and expensive for an emerging brand. The challenge wasn't the craftsmanship or the identity. It was translating both into a luxury digital experience through a Shopify store where AI-generated visuals, thoughtful UX, and authentic storytelling worked together to establish credibility, justify premium positioning, and convert buyers from day one.

What We Did
Panache Artistry already had a brand identity. We took it further, building out a stronger creative system before any web design work began.
The site architecture was designed around how a UK/UAE luxury buyer actually browses and decides, not dropped into a generic Shopify template.
Product and lifestyle imagery across the site was fully AI-generated, with zero photoshoots, styled to read as editorial and premium rather than synthetic.
The craft origin story was woven into visual direction and copy across the site itself, not filed away on a single About page.
