AUSTRALIA
SLOW FASHION MENSWEAR D2C
FULL BRAND BUILD
Cordori was a brand-new startup. We built a brand that didn't look like one.
A new Australian menswear label needed to look established from day one, not like a brand still finding its feet. Here's the full brand and store we built.

Pain Point
Cordori hadn't been in the luxury market for years like the bigger brands. It didn't have time to wait for that to change.
The product and philosophy were real: quality fabrics, a considered design point of view, a genuine stance against fast fashion. But the bigger names in luxury and slow fashion had years, sometimes decades, of presence behind them: press coverage, loyal customers, a visual language refined over time. Cordori had none of that runway. In a category where credibility often reads through visual polish and a store that feels established, a new brand doesn't get years to earn that impression, it gets one look to claim it. The challenge wasn't the product. It was building an identity, a store, and a system that could carry the weight of an established label immediately, without pretending to be something Cordori wasn't.
“Nobody waits around for a startup to prove itself. Cordori needed to look established immediately, not eventually.”
Services deployed
What We Did
Strategy, visual system, and a full brand book were developed first, defining tone and positioning before any store design began.
The store was designed as a high-converting storefront from the ground up, not a generic template with the new brand system dropped in.
AI-generated imagery covered banners and campaign visuals, while photoshoot direction was provided for product photography, keeping the system efficient without sacrificing the premium feel.
We built out full Klaviyo email flows, welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, so retention marketing worked from launch instead of being bolted on months later.
