BRAND TRANSFORMATION

From Amazon Seller to a Recognisable D2C Brand. The Goal: More Revenue From the Same Demand.

Boldfit had already succeeded on Amazon. The next step was turning that demand into long-term brand trust. To compete with names like Puma, Nike, and Decathlon, it needed a recognisable identity, consistent visuals, and performance-led creative. We helped Boldfit evolve from a marketplace seller into a credible fitness brand.

ORIGIN

Founded in Bengaluru by Pallav Bihani after his own fitness transformation, Boldfit quickly became one of India's fastest-growing fitness businesses.

MARKETPLACE SUCCESS

Its early growth was built through Amazon and other marketplaces, where product quality, pricing, and customer reviews drove impressive scale.

A COMPLETE FITNESS BRAND

With more than 200 products across apparel, accessories, nutrition, and equipment, Boldfit had already built the business fundamentals needed to compete nationally.

THE NEXT PHASE

The challenge was no longer acquiring marketplace sales. It was building a brand customers would recognise, trust, and actively choose across every channel, increasing conversion while reducing dependence on marketplaces.

THE NEXT PHASE

The challenge was no longer acquiring marketplace sales. It was building a brand customers would recognise, trust, and actively choose across every channel, increasing conversion while reducing dependence on marketplaces.

Pain Point

Boldfit had already won the marketplace. It now had to win the customer's mind, while consistently increasing its revenue.

The products were proven. Demand existed. Distribution was strong. Revenue was growing. But much of that growth had been built inside Amazon, where buying decisions are driven by ratings, pricing, and product listings more than brand identity. Outside that environment, Boldfit needed customers to choose the brand itself.

Creative had evolved organically over the years. Every campaign, photoshoot, advertisement, and product launch looked slightly different depending on who produced it. There was no shared visual language connecting everything together.

That inconsistency created two problems.

First, customers struggled to build familiarity with the brand. Every campaign felt like it belonged to a different Boldfit.

Second, disconnected creative weakened conversion. Strong products attracted attention, but inconsistent branding made it harder to build the trust and recall needed to consistently turn interest into purchases.

For a company competing against Puma, Nike, Decathlon, and a new generation of D2C fitness brands, that gap became increasingly expensive.

The objective wasn't simply to refresh the brand. It was to build a visual system capable of improving how Boldfit was perceived while giving every campaign a stronger foundation to convert demand into revenue.

“Boldfit didn't need more demand. It needed a brand strong enough to convert more of the demand it already had.”

UGC & INFLUENCER MARKETING

This is what a logo refresh undersells. It wasn't a new mark. It was a full identity system, built to hold up across every shoot, every platform, and every ad the brand would run next.

What We Did

The team behind it -

Brand strategists, identity designers, a videography team, and dedicated editors worked the account together, with direct founder input shaping the creative direction throughout.

The team behind it -

Brand strategists, identity designers, a videography team, and dedicated editors worked the account together, with direct founder input shaping the creative direction throughout.

We reviewed every existing visual touchpoint, logo, past shoots, ad creative, Amazon listings, and mapped exactly where the brand's look broke inconsistency between channels.

The new logo and identity went through client sign-off before anything else moved forward, so no shoot got briefed against a direction that wasn't locked yet.

Once approved, the guidelines went directly to every photographer, videographer, and editor working with Boldfit, so briefing a new shoot took minutes instead of a fresh conversation each time.

The Limitless Collection shoot ran as one tightly coordinated production day: 12+ reels, 50+ images, and UGC-style talking videos, all captured in one session, giving the brand a full library across formats instead of a handful of hero shots.

01

Rebuilt the logo and full brand identity system.

Most fast-growing brands bolt on creative as they scale. We started at the root: a full logo revamp and brand identity system covering color, typography, and visual tone, built before any new content went into production. Nothing shipped until the foundation did.

03

Directed the Limitless Collection campaign shoot.

The new identity needed a flagship moment. Limitless Collection became that proof: a cinematic, Gen Z-friendly content angle built specifically to show the new visual language in motion, not just on a style guide PDF.

02

Wrote the complete visual guidelines, model selection to Amazon ad specs.

A brand identity means nothing if the next 50 shoots don't follow it. We built complete visual guidelines: how models should be chosen, how imagery should be composed, how video should be directed, how Amazon ad creative should look, all documented so consistency didn't depend on who was on set that day.

What we did

05

Rebuilt the logo and full brand identity system.

Amazon ad creative is usually treated as a lower tier, generic, disconnected from the D2C brand. We held Amazon ad videos to the same creative standard as everything else, so the brand looked consistent no matter where a customer met it first.

04

Produced Meta ad videos built on the new identity.

Performance marketing usually pulls brands toward generic, high-frequency creative. We built Meta ad videos that stayed inside the new brand system while still being built to convert, proving the identity didn't have to be traded off against results.

Beyond the numbers

A single, documented visual identity now governing every shoot, ad, and platform, no more one-off creative decisions per campaign

Creative built specifically to convert, not just look consistent, so every new piece of content pulled its weight toward revenue

Every new piece of content strengthens the same recognisable brand instead of starting from zero.

Boldfit's creative output brought in line with its scale as one of India's largest online-first fitness brands

Creative now works as both a branding asset and a performance asset, improving recognition while supporting conversion.
