CHILDREN'S LIFESTYLE D2C

WEBSITE & AI IMAGERY BUILD

Saga needed a website considered enough to hold clothing, play, and real-world experiences under one roof.

A Dubai children's brand spanning clothing, activity kits, real-world skill sessions, and everyday essentials needed a Shopify store built to carry all four without looking like four different shops sharing a logo. Here's what we built.

ORIGIN

Built in Dubai around the belief that ‘childhood deserves more than distraction,’ Saga positions itself as neither a toy brand nor a school, but something else entirely.

POSITIONING

A children's brand spanning four distinct offerings, Wear, Play, Club, and Everyday, unified by one philosophy: Create. Think. Grow.

STRUCTURE

Four different product and experience types, apparel, activity kits, real-world skill sessions, and everyday essentials, that needed to read as one considered brand, not four.

VALUES

Built around three pillars, Creativity, Connection, and Confidence, meant to show up in how the site felt to use, not just what it said.

Pain Point

Saga wasn't selling one thing. It was selling four, and none of them could feel like an afterthought.

Most children's brands sell one thing well, clothing, or toys, or classes, and build a site around that single offer. Saga's model asked for more: premium kidswear, thoughtfully designed activity kits, real-world skill sessions through Saga Club, and small everyday essentials, all living on one store. Handled without a clear structure, that range risks feeling like four different businesses stapled together under one name. Saga also had a specific tone to protect, considered, unhurried, allergic to gimmick, in a category that defaults to loud colours and cartoon clutter. The challenge wasn't any single offering. It was building a site structured enough to hold clothing, play, experiences, and everyday goods together, with imagery calm enough to match a brand that positions itself as the opposite of distraction.

“A children's brand selling four different things needs one site disciplined enough to make them feel like one idea.”

Execution

The team behind it

Web strategists, Shopify developers, AI creative producers, and copywriters built the store around Saga's existing brand voice, not a new one.

The team behind it

Web strategists, Shopify developers, AI creative producers, and copywriters built the store around Saga's existing brand voice, not a new one.

Founder discovery calls and research into local and global D2C children's brands gave the site's structure real reference points, not assumptions.

Wear, Play, Club, and Everyday each got their own considered space, with dedicated layouts and product listing logic.

Custom banners combined AI-generated visuals with stock imagery, styled to match Saga's calm tone rather than typical kids'-brand loudness.

Product images were colour-corrected and framed consistently, while Saga's existing content was tightened page by page, keeping the founders' voice intact.

01

Structured the store around four considered sections, not one undifferentiated shop.

A brand selling clothing, activity kits, sessions, and everyday goods can't treat them as one catalogue. We gave Wear, Play, Club, and Everyday each their own dedicated space and product listing logic, built to stand on its own while still reading as Saga.

03

Refined and colour-corrected the client's own product photography.

Saga supplied the product and service images; we handled the polish. Every image went through colour correction and basic editing so the whole site felt visually consistent, not patchworked from different shoots.

02

Built hero banners and storytelling visuals with AI and stock imagery combined.

A children's brand this considered couldn't launch on generic stock photography alone. We used AI-generated banners alongside stock imagery, styled to match Saga's calm, anti-distraction tone rather than typical loud kids'-brand visuals.

What we did

05

Structured the store around four considered sections, not one undifferentiated shop.

Basic metadata, image alt-text, and a fully responsive layout for mobile and desktop were part of the build itself, so the site was ready to be found and used properly from day one.

04

Adapted Saga's existing copy to fit the site, page by page.

The founders already had a voice worth protecting. We tweaked and enhanced their content and copy to fit each page's structure, rather than writing a new tone from scratch.

Beyond the numbers

A store structured to hold apparel, activity kits, real-world sessions, and everyday goods without any one feeling secondary

A visual system that stayed calm and considered in a kids'-brand category that defaults to loud and cartoonish

A site the founders can point to as proof the brand is exactly as considered as it claims to be

Takeaways for Brand

Takeaways for Brand

Pin icon image

A brand selling more than one thing isn't several businesses sharing a name.

It's one philosophy, structured clearly enough that customers never have to guess which part they're looking at.

Pin icon image

Tone is easiest to lose exactly where it matters most: the visuals.

A calm brand needs calm imagery, not default category loudness.

Pin icon image

Client photography plus considered editing can go further than a full reshoot.

Colour correction and consistent framing do real work.

Pin icon image

Discovery and competitor research aren't optional steps.

They're what keeps a multi-offering sitemap from becoming a guess.

Pin icon image

SEO and responsiveness are part of the build, not an afterthought.

A beautifully designed site nobody can find on mobile is still unfinished.
