LUXURY HOME DÉCOR D2C

SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND

Panache Artistry had craftsmanship behind every home interior piece, but did not have a social presence built to bring that story to life.

A luxury home décor brand needed a social feed premium enough to earn trust from consumers and trade buyers alike, without a single photoshoot. Here's what we built.

ORIGIN

A luxury home décor brand built on genuine artisan craftsmanship, not mass-manufactured decor.

Pain Point

Panache Artistry had craftsmanship behind every piece. Its social media wasn't bringing any of it to life.

The brand had real substance and a growing store behind it, but its social presence didn't carry the same premium intention. Posts felt disconnected from the brand's tone: scheduled content rather than storytelling, inconsistent from one post to the next. For a luxury brand, that gap matters more than it looks. Trade buyers, interior designers, hospitality procurement teams, check a brand's feed before they ever send an inquiry. Social wasn't a nice-to-have here. It was often the first credibility check, and an inconsistent feed risked undercutting the trust the product itself had already earned.

“For a luxury brand, the feed isn't decoration. It's the first handshake.”

We translated the brand's visual and verbal identity into rules built for a fast-moving feed, not just a static brand guideline.

We decided what the brand needed to say, craftsmanship, lifestyle, the world behind the product, before producing a single piece of creative.

All content was generated, not filmed, styled to match the same premium visual system as the rest of the brand.

Content strategy, the content calendar, and the posting itself were all handled as one continuous operation, tone, and pacing stayed locked across every post because one team owned the whole pipeline.

01

01 Defined a consistent brand tone and visual identity for social.

A brand identity built for a website doesn't automatically translate to a feed. We adapted it into rules built specifically for social, pacing, tone, visual rhythm, before producing a single post.

03

03 Turned craftsmanship into story content, not just product posts.

Instead of posting products in isolation, we built content around the craftsmanship and world behind each piece, giving people a reason to engage beyond “nice chair.”

02

02 Built AI-led reels and statics true to that identity.

Every piece of content, reels and statics alike, was fully AI-generated, with zero shoots, while staying visually consistent with the brand's premium positioning.

What we did

05

01 Defined a consistent brand tone and visual identity for social.

The goal wasn't engagement for its own sake. It was a feed credible enough for interior designers and hospitality buyers to act on, not just scroll past.

04

04 Kept every post visually consistent with the rest of the brand.

Nothing on the feed looked like a one-off. We held every reel and static to the same visual system as the brand's broader identity, so the feed reinforced the brand instead of diluting it.

Takeaways for Brand

Takeaways for Brand

Pin icon image

For a luxury brand, social media isn't content. It's a credibility check.

Trade and B2B buyers scroll your feed before they ever inquire.

Pin icon image

Consistency matters more than volume.

One off-brand post does more damage than a slower posting schedule ever will.

Pin icon image

B2B buyers browse casually long before they inquire formally.

Your feed is doing sales work whether you're tracking it or not.

Pin icon image

AI-led production can scale a premium look, if the system behind it is right

The tool isn't the risk. An inconsistent system is.

Pin icon image

A feed that matches your storefront closes trust gaps a website alone can't.

Disconnected channels create doubt, consistent ones remove it.
