LUXURY COASTAL REAL ESTATE

REAL ESTATE BRAND IDENTITY

Lormer Shore needed to feel like nature's canvas and someone's future home, at the same time.

A coastal residential development needed textures, color, and a structural system considered enough to hold both a landscape and a home. Here's the identity system we built.

LOCATION

A coastal residential development set against a landscape rich enough to be the brand's biggest asset.

POSITIONING

Built around a single idea: nature as the canvas, and the development as people's future home.

FOUNDATION

A historic estate transformed into a prestigious residential community, balancing heritage with modern coastal luxury.

CHALLENGE

The identity had to feel native to the land itself, not applied on top of it like a generic real estate template.

CHALLENGE

The identity had to feel native to the land itself, not applied on top of it like a generic real estate template.

Pain Point

A brand built on nature as its canvas can't look like it came out of a real estate template.

A coastal development selling a life among nature can't lean on generic real estate branding, navy blazers, gold serif logos, glossy brochure cliches. Lormer Shore's whole value proposition rested on its relationship to the land itself: its textures, its colors, its light. The identity needed to feel like it was drawn from the place, not layered onto a template used for every other high-end development. And a brand this considered couldn't stop at a logo, it had to survive across dozens of physical touchpoints, vehicles, uniforms, ID cards, diaries, without ever feeling generic.

“A brand built on ‘nature’s canvas’ can't look like it came out of a template. It has to look like it grew out of the land.”

Execution

The team behind it

Brand strategists and identity designers built the system together, from positioning through to a full physical collateral suite.

The team behind it

Brand strategists and identity designers built the system together, from positioning through to a full physical collateral suite.

We established ‘nature’s canvas, people’s future home’ as the core idea everything else would be built from.

We built unique, relatable textures and a nature-driven palette, desert tones, cobalt blue, rich black, so the identity felt drawn from the place, not applied over it.

We developed a unique grid system as the foundation for every layout, then built the logo and core visual identity to sit naturally within that structure.

We took the system into vehicle and carrier design, strip design, ID cards, tote bags, diaries, uniforms, visiting cards, a social media lookbook, interior direction, and envelopes.

01

Locked the core positioning: nature's canvas, people's future home.

Every later decision needed a single idea to answer to. We established ‘nature's canvas, people's future home’ as that idea before any visual work began.

03

Built a proprietary grid system as the structural foundation.

Most real estate brands skip this step entirely. We built a unique grid system underpinning every layout, giving the identity a structural backbone every other touchpoint could be built against.

02

Developed unique textures and a nature-driven color palette.

Generic real estate palettes don't say ‘land.’ We built custom textures and a palette built from desert tones, cobalt blue, and rich black, giving the brand a color story that felt native rather than decorative.

What we did

05

Locked the core positioning: nature's canvas, people's future home.

An identity is only as strong as its weakest touchpoint. We designed vehicles, uniforms, ID cards, diaries, tote bags, visiting cards, a social lookbook, interior direction, and envelopes, so the brand held up everywhere it would actually appear.

04

Designed the logo and core visual identity on top of that foundation.

With positioning, texture, color, and grid already locked, the logo had a system to sit inside rather than inventing the whole identity on its own.

Beyond the numbers

A brand identity that reads as grown from the land, not licensed from a real estate template

A structural grid system disciplined enough to keep dozens of collateral pieces feeling like one brand

An identity system complete enough to hand to any vendor, from uniform manufacturer to signage printer, without losing consistency
