HOME CARE D2C, SHARK TANK FEATURED
VISUAL CONTENT
Born Good did not have an awareness problem. It had a social media communication gap.
A Bangalore-born, Shark Tank-featured home-care brand had already earned trust through its products. The challenge wasn't getting people to know Born Good existed. It was making sure the brand was remembered for what truly made it different.

Pain Point
The brand was explaining what made the product safer, but not what made the choice matter.
Born Good had everything consumers expect from a modern home-care brand: plant-based formulations, recognised certifications, thoughtful packaging and a genuine sustainability mission.
The product was differentiated. The communication wasn't.
The feed focused on ingredient highlights, certifications and product benefits, educating customers on what the product was, but rarely communicating why Born Good deserved to be chosen over every other "natural" home-care brand.
In an increasingly crowded category where everyone claims to be safe, non-toxic and plant-based, functional messaging alone wasn't enough to build preference.
The gap wasn't the product.
It was the creative translating its value.

What We Did
We audited the brand against its positioning and identified the real gap: the product was differentiated, but the creative wasn't communicating that difference.
Rather than designing around products, we built a content strategy across lifestyle, education, sustainability, product storytelling and conversion, giving every format a clear role.
We developed a consistent visual language across layouts, typography, colour, motion and storytelling, making every static and reel instantly recognisable as Born Good.
Every static, carousel and reel was designed to stop the scroll, simplify product education, increase engagement and strengthen brand recall.
