PLOTTED REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
FRAMER WEBSITE BUILD STORY
Amruth Properties had 4,800+ plots delivered. The website had to make that trust as obvious as the numbers.
A Karnataka plotted-development real estate company needed a Framer website that could make legal clarity and genuine scale feel as reassuring online as they are on paper. Here's what we built.

Pain Point
Amruth Properties had the legal clarity buyers actually worry about. The website had to make that trust visible before a project page ever loaded.
Plotted real estate in India carries a specific, well-founded buyer fear: disputed titles, unapproved layouts, and projects that never get built. Amruth Properties had genuinely solved for that, BUDA/DTCP-approved plots, clear title documentation, and a real delivered track record of 4,800+ plots. But none of that reassurance does its job if a generic real estate template buries it under stock property photos and a project list. On top of that, Amruth's buyers aren't one audience, they're local investors and NRI buyers purchasing from abroad, each needing a different kind of confidence before committing. The challenge wasn't the legal standing or the track record. It was building a website that made trust the first thing a visitor felt, not a detail found several clicks in.
“In a category defined by disputed titles, a website's first job isn't to look pretty. It's to make trust visible before anyone reads a single project brochure.”
Services deployed
Execution
4,800+ plots delivered and 3,900+ happy families were placed high on the homepage, so the brand's actual scale registered before anyone reached a project listing.
Each project, Amruth Emerald Greens, Amruth Green County, clearly stated its BUDA/DTCP approval, location, and development status (Coming Soon, On-Going), not just a floor plan.
Aspirational, editorial-style visuals throughout the site helped buyers picture the lifestyle a plot represents, a deliberate departure from typical real estate stock photography.
Recognizing that a meaningful share of buyers purchase from abroad, we structured a distinct space addressing the specific concerns of NRI investors.
